All Barakkah Digital products are licensed, not sold. Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it under the terms described below.
Permitted use
- Use across your own client engagements and internal business operations.
- Customisation of editable files to fit your practice, brand and jurisdiction.
- Distribution of completed, filled-in documents to your own clients as part of your professional work.
Restrictions
- No resale, redistribution, sharing or sublicensing of source files or templates.
- No inclusion of the templates in another product, bundle or course offered to third parties.
- No use of Barakkah Digital branding, logos or marketing copy without prior written consent.
- One licence per individual or single-entity purchaser. Team or agency licences are available on request.
Updates
Where indicated on the product page, your purchase includes lifetime updates. When a product is refined or expanded, you receive the latest version at no additional cost.
Termination
Any breach of these terms terminates the licence immediately. On termination you must stop using the product and destroy any copies in your possession.
