Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, refund eligibility is limited. This policy describes the circumstances in which a refund may be issued.
Eligibility
- Files failed to deliver and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- A duplicate purchase was made in error and reported within 14 days.
- The product is materially not as described on the product page.
Not eligible
- Change of mind after the download has been accessed.
- Compatibility issues where the file format is clearly stated on the product page.
- Requests made outside the 14-day window from purchase.
How to request a refund
Email digitalbarakkah@gmail.com with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We review each request individually.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, funds may take additional time to appear on your statement.
